I wrote the narration for this sweet short film by Jim Knowlton, who recently edited and co-produced My Father, the Captain, a film honoring Jacques-Yves Cousteau and how his life influenced the world.
In this short, Jim’s son Diego shares his love for the sea life at Espiratu Santo and his desire to help protect it for future generations. Many people are now calling for increased protections at Espiratu Santo from harmful fishing practices such as gill nets.
The film has been accepted into competition at the 2012 Blue Ocean Film Festival.
